A complete renovation of an 80 m² flat needs at least two passes: the first to remove the thick layer of dust, debris and material residue, and the second for fine cleaning of surfaces, windows and details. Jobs with heavy plaster dust or sanded walls may need a third pass because the fine dust resettles after the first cleaning.

A standard 70-90 m² flat with a full renovation typically requires 1 to 2 working days (depending on the number of passes needed). A partial renovation (one bathroom, one kitchen) can be completed in half a day. Large-scale builds or entire buildings may require several days with an expanded team.
